Cristo Rey Columbus High School (CRC)

Cristo Rey Columbus High School is a Catholic, college-preparatory institution that blends academic excellence with real-world professional experience. Through its Professional Work-Study Program, CRC provides students of all faiths with an opportunity to gain workplace experience while receiving a high-quality education.

Autotool is honored to be a participating business partner in this program. Currently, we host two talented CRC students who contribute meaningfully to our administrative and assembly teams. These students work at Autotool one day per week and two additional days per month, gaining valuable professional experience while making a real impact on our daily operations. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives are not only inspiring but also enrich our company culture.

Lawrence Funderburke Youth Organization (LFYO)

The Lawrence Funderburke Youth Organization (LFYO) is dedicated to closing opportunity, academic, and economic gaps by providing programs in financial wellness, personal and professional development, career readiness, mentoring, and social-emotional learning. Founded by former NBA player Lawrence Funderburke and his wife Monya, LFYO equips young people with the tools they need to build successful futures.

Autotool is proud to support LFYO in its mission to empower youth. As part of our partnership, we host LFYO groups at our facility, offering them firsthand exposure to careers in engineering, manufacturing, and automation. By providing real-world insights into our industry, we hope to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers and innovators.
