Job Description:

We are looking for an entry-level Business Administration Coordinator to support our administrative and operations teams through ownership of various projects and responsibilities in the areas of procurement, accounting, and business administration.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, direct, professional, and flexible in their schedule and duties to meet the current demands of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Procurement and strategic buying in the manufacturing industry
  • Accounting for small and growing business
  • Business administration for a multidisciplinary team in an exciting work environment
 

Qualifications:

  • Required
    • Willingness to work in the fast-paced environment of a growing business
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Desired (any combination)
    • 2 years in Procurement/Business Administration
    • Associate’s degree
    • Bachelor’s degree
