Job Description:
As a Welder, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. Your expertise in welding techniques will be instrumental in creating high-quality components and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality welding tasks using various welding techniques.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to fabricate and assemble components.
- Ensure the proper set-up and operation of welding equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Inspect and test welds for adherence to quality standards, precision, and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIG welding and reading blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise welds.
- Knowledge of welding equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior experience with manufacturing for industrial automation a plus.
