Job Description:

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of our state-of-the-art automation systems. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a collaborative environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are ready for deployment in various industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Perform precision measurement and quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Collaborate with engineers to provide feedback and suggestions for design improvements.
  • Utilize a range of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance procedures.
  • Document and report assembly progress and any issues encountered.
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly of engines/transmissions or machinery.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and following best practices.
